1. About this website
www.kokihair.com is the presentation website of Koki Hair Braiding, a hair braiding service operating in Poreč (Ul. Bože Milanovića 33) and Umag (Ul. Giuseppe Garibaldi 9), Croatia. Operator / legal entity: [TO BE CONFIRMED]. By using this website you accept these terms.
2. Appointments
The website itself does not process bookings or payments. Appointment requests are made through WhatsApp (+34 632 94 80 60). A request sent via WhatsApp is not a confirmed appointment: an appointment exists only once we explicitly confirm the date, time and location in the conversation. Prices, duration and preparation instructions are agreed individually in the same conversation.
3. Cancellations
If you cannot attend, please let us know on WhatsApp as early as possible so the slot can be offered to someone else. Any specific cancellation conditions will be communicated when the appointment is confirmed.
4. Content and intellectual property
All content on this website — texts, photographs of our work, logo and design — belongs to Koki Hair Braiding or is used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute or use it commercially without our prior written consent.
5. Third-party services
The website links to and embeds third-party services (WhatsApp, Google Maps). Their use is governed by the respective providers' own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
6. Liability
We prepare the information on this website with care, but we cannot guarantee it is always complete, accurate or up to date. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of this website or from the temporary unavailability of the site or of the third-party services it relies on.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you use the website is the one that applies.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
